Drawing from her unique professional background in crisis counseling and mental health support, combined with athletic experience in aerial circus, Melanie creates transformative sessions that help athletes and advanced movers unlock their full physical potential. Her classes emphasize functional movement patterns that translate directly to improved performance and injury resilience.
