With 10 years of experience in crisis services—including leadership at 988—and currently pursuing her Master's in Social Work, she brings expertise in systems thinking, biostatistics, and community mental health operations. From her work at 988 to her pursuit of clinical training, she's driven by a commitment to quality, scalable mental health care.

Melanie’s passion for empowering others and promoting wellbeing extends outside of her work in mental health technology. As a Polestar Certified Comprehensive Pilates instructor, Melanie helps individuals regain strength and confidence following injury.
